Gloss Lubricant TAS-3A TAS-3A(G) Specifications: White or slightly yellow powder, Melting temperature: 55oC Colour: ≤5.0(Gardner) Heating Reduction: ≤0.5wt% Characterizations: TAS-3A and 3A(G) are introduced into the polarity gene on the basis of ethylene difatty acid amide. As a result of the variety of containing functional groups, they are insoluble in ethanol, acetone, carbon tetrachloride solvents at room temperature, but soluble in hot halogenated hydrocarbons, resists to acid and base, and nontoxic. 1, improve the dispersibility of pigments or fillers; 2, enhance MFR and surface gloss of the composites; 3, reduce the screw torque , so decrease machinery wear and tear; 4, improve the processability. In the process of the coloring polymeric materials, this product can avoid effectively the flocculation of pigments, and increase their dispersion in polymeric materials, which gives rise to the enhancement of brilliance of the resulting products and reducing of the amount of pigments by 5~10% in the resulting product. Thereby, the lower cost of coloring products can be obtained. TAS-A can be insoluble in ethanol, acetone, carbon tetrachloride solvents at room temperature, but soluble in hot halogenated hydrocarbons, and resist to acid and basic matters, and it is nontoxic.Applications: TAS-A is mainly used in the coloring polymeric materials.
